Two successive ejaculates were collected from three Swedish Freisian bulls, pooled, split, extended in Cornel University Extender and stored at 5°C and room temperature for 5 days. Samples were evaluated daily for progressive sperm motility while ATP contents were determined on days I, 3, and 5. A strong relationship was observed between sperm motility and ATP levels in semen.en
