Abstract
A conceptual framework was developed for the Government of the Netherlands (GoN) assistance to the National Agricultural Research Project, Phase II (NARP II). This assistance will be specifically aimed at developing recommendations for the small scale farmers through: Strengthening Regional Research Programmes,Dairy Cattle,Poultry, Kenya Soil Survey and Wildlife Disease Research
