Abstract

We are pleased to present this report of the Second KARI-ISNAR Workshop on monitoring and evaluation(M&E). M&E is important to KARI for two main reasons: first, to improve the management of research activities; and second, to better meet the increasing demands for accountability--demands that come not only from donors but also from Kenyan sources of funds and from the clients of KARI's research output
