dc.description.abstractA well dried product peels off the trays easily. Store your products in a black container and put in a dry place. Make sure the containers are tightly closed. Sort product (grade and pack according to the likes of the customer). In case the fruits did not dry cover the dryer,with a black polythene sheet till the next day.
