dc.description.abstractIn this article, are described simple methods of flaying, fleshing, cleaning and air-drying hides and skins for sale and export to overseas markets. Hides and skins rank high in the list of animals products of Kenya, and, over several years, have averaged more than export 8 per cent of the total value of agricultural exports.en
