One of the important factors necessary for optimum fertility in animal is the production of structurally and morphologically normal spertozoa by male. A number of reports are available on the dimensional characteristics of sperm of temperate and tropical breeds of bulls(Blom and Birch-Andersen,1960:Betherton and Rothschild,1961,and Mukherjee and Singh,1964 and 1965)In one of these reports,Murkherjee and Singh(1964) observed that smaller breeds, They also found that high environmental temperatures could have adverse effects on bull sperm morphology.Generally, bull spermatozoon has a mean length of about 74(Blom and Birch-Anderson ,1960)
