Miscellaneous Nursery Experiments Pinus Caribaea and P. Oocarpa,Tanzania.

Abstract

The present report consists of a series of miscellaneous experiments (pilot experiments), mostly from the initial phase of EAC/NORAD Lowland Afforestation Project. It was necessary to try as many treatments as possible in order to encircle the cause of experienced high rate of mortality and pronounced yellowing on Pinus caribaea and other conifer seedlings. Results from some of these experiments are hereby presented.
