Kenya National Agricultural Research Program: Joint Donor Mission Evaluation Report 1987

Abstract

This report is the result of a joint donor mission which visited Kenya in October 1986 to evaluate the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development proposed National Agriculture Research Program (NARP). The report represents a joint MALD/donor team effort, since every member contributed in his/her unique way. The joint mission wishes to acknowledge the assistance and full cooperation received from the Kenyan officials, and wishes to thank in particular Mr. J. Kamunge, the Permanent Secretary, for his keen interest and personal involvement in the team's activities. Also, it wishes to thank the various donor missions in Nairobi for their cooperation and logistical support.
