Abstract

Coffea arabica, has been grown in the Highlands of Kenya for a good many years, but it is only during the past seven or eight years that it has been possible for any concerted scientific observations to be made on the real cultural side of coffee-growing. The information accumulated during these years has shown us that coffee is a crop that is capable of adapting itself to widely divergent conditions and behaving differently under each set.
