This will be done through a season-long programme that has been designed to be demand responsive, flexible and practical. It is, however, important to note that farmers learn in small groups, in their own farming environment and at their own pace. The training module intends to master for Training of Trainers (ToTs) constituting government extension personnel and service providers. They will in turn enhance capacity of the farmers under the KCEP-CRAL Programme.
