Evaluation Criteria for Research Scientists in Kari: Guidelines for Evaluation of Scientist. pp. 8.https://kalroerepository.kalro.org/handle/0/9673The evaluation of scientists is expected to be a participatory, transparent and accountable process. The process emphasizes self evaluation whereby scientists are provided with the evaluation criteria showing the scores for each criterion and they are expected to provide verifiable information in support of their outputs. The scientists will record the total scores for all the outputs and append their signatures on the evaluation form and score sheet. The scores will be counter-checked by the Centre Scientists' Evaluation Committee (CSEC), the Department of Research and Technology and KARl's Research Scientists Appraisal Committee (RSAC).enhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/Evaluation Criteria for Research Scientists in KARIReport8ResearchTransparency (optical)AccountsEvaluationScientists
