Work in East Africa on the sorghum crop has been in progress for some years. The Departments of Agriculture collected, introduced, and tested varieties, and did some selection and improvement work. Collections were made at Machakos in Kenya, Serere in Uganda, and Ukiriguru in Tanganyika.enhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/SorghumJournal ContributionSorghumAltitudeVariety choiceMaizehttps://www.cabidigitallibrary.org/doi/full/10.5555/19710700720
