To ensure timely implementation of the project and harmonization of mandate areas of research task force of scientists from National Plant Breeding Research Centre, Njoro, National Pyrethrum & Horticultural Research Centre, Molo, Western Agricultural Research Centre, Kakamega, and the National Horticultural Research Centre, Thika were selected to compile the project proposals.
