Covello's work was carried out on flowers in different stages of development and by different methods of drying. The development stages were:—(1) the dlosed flower heads, the heads just opened, the head completely opened, more matured flowers than No.-3,'(5) the heads completely mature and, partly, dried on the plant.enhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/A Note on the Possibility of the Stabilization of PyrethrumJournal ContributionPyrethrum (insecticide)FlowersSulphur dioxideShade.https://doi.org/10.1080/03670074.1948.11664607
