The Terms-of-Reference are set out in Appendix 1. The team spent four weeks together in Kenya visiting different KARl Centres and projects, and consulting with a range of KARl's management and staff, partners and collaborators (see Appendix 3 for people consulted and Appendix 8 for work programmes).
