Abstract

The possibility of stall feeding cattle to provide first-quality export carcasses with which to earn foreign exchange is currently of considerable interest to East African Governments. It is the subject of a joint research programme, between the Kenya Department of Veterinary Services and the Animal Husbandry Division of E.A.A.F.R.O. now being carried on at Muguga.
