Deed of Amendment to the Trust Deed and Rules

Abstract

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSES that pursuant to the powers conferred upon the Trustees by clause 9 of the Original Trust Deed and all other powers enabling, the Trustees Hereby Amend the Original Trust Deed and the Existing Rules in the manner specified in this deed with effect from 29th February 2008 The Original Trust Deed and the Existing Rules are deleted in their entirety and replaced with the Trust Deed set out in Schedule 1 and the Rules set out in Schedule 2 to this deed but without prejudice to any benefits existing or increases granted before the effective date hereof.
