Abstract
The West Kano Pilot Irrigation Project faces problems as not enough cane can be cut and transported in time. Since it is questionable, due to several circumstances discussed in this report, whether this situation will improve, NIB requested the services of the IDRP's Agronomist and Agroeconomist to look into the matter and to come with alternatives, if any, for the sugarcane production.
