Dr. Tuiloek welcomed the participants to the workshop and asked them to feel at home. he hoped that the workshop will he fruitful and address its objectives in details and come up with tangible solutions for existing irrigation prohlems in Kenya. He then called upon Mr. Ngigi to introduce the workshop organizers, its objectives and expected results.
