Abstract
A mechinical bush clearing 'trial was carried
out in May / June, 1958, eight and a half miles
from Moroto on the main road to Soroli. The
trial was designed to study techniques and
cos'ts of mechanical bush clearing in Karamoja
conditions and to be a trial run for
future operations on the Catchment Experiment
at Atumatak.
