Abstract

Analyses are reported of the juice.seeds and shell of the passion fruit. A machine is described for separating the juice from the pulp. The results of preserving the juice by freezing pasteurizing. and concentrating are given. and also methods for making carbonated drinks. jellies and sirups. The composition of an edible oil pressed from the seeds is given.
